All orders are typically fulfilled and prepared for shipment within 24 hours of your purchase. 

 

We offer FREE ground shipping to anywhere in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To be eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You can reach us at info@truckerpee.com

  2. Provide a clear description and photograph of the damage.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.

  4. The item must be unused and in its original packaging when returning it.

  5. Once we receive the damaged item, our team will inspect it to confirm the damage. If approved, we will issue a replacement for the damaged product free of charge.
     

Please note that our responsibility for damaged items is limited to those reported within 7 days of delivery. We advise you to inspect the product upon arrival and report any issues promptly.
